TENNIS ACADEMY provides tennis training,
conditioning, mental training, technical training
with video analysis, coordination studies, and
similar tactics to the players according to their
levels and needs.GD Academy organizing international
under 12, 14, 16, 18 and Senior ITF, Tennis Europe
tournaments in our facilities and the academy
players will have chance to get world class rating
by getting wild cards and having opportunities to
play those tournaments at GD Tennis Academy.
Players have chance to work with coaches who are
experts in specific fitness training, sports
psychologist, the dietician and mental tennis
training.
For
players studying through Internet, home school or
want more practice time.this is the program for
preparation for the tournament,according to the
tournament schedule to prepare the players for the
basic strokes to capture the video and analysis of
these images, matches, training,physical and mental
tests takes place.

• Additional Plates,gliding,aqua gym,beach tennis

players who attend regular school in the morning and
want more individual work out. Preparations for the
tournament as a periodical, video and capture and
analysis, physical and mental training will be
Fitness tests.

VELOCITY AFTERNOON PROGRAM |
Classical school format until evening and will
participate in the program with a maximum of 4
players, experienced educators by the technical and
tactical training, tournament preparation period,
special programs, training and physical preparation
for the match will take place.

TORUNAMENT PREPERATION PROGRAM |
This
is the program for player who are participating to
tournaments. It is a specific preparation program
just before the tournament and experienced trainers
helps players to get ready for tournament.
• 1 week from Monday to Saturday
Each
level for adult players will be given by experienced
trainers, including technical and fitness
trainings.Also match game, strategies, tactics, and,
optionally video analysis.

Program For Beginners
Tennis for beginners to 12 hours of basic training
techniques tennis (Forhand, backhand, volley, Smack,
Service) and this program is made up of 4 people
groups.
Biomechanic Program
Optimal stroke must be necessarily simple,
economical and should be effective. If your body as
a whole during the stroke and movement can not be
used to make and having trouble quite a good shot.
This course with video recording of shots and have
opportunity to see errors. By obtaining a proper
tennis technique Biomechanical programming, and will
eliminate your risk of injury and will learn to get
the most out of your stroke.
Drill Program
This is special drill program for players who has
trouble with his/her specific shots. You can train
with ball machines and also with too many balls,so
you can get durability on court.Mainly focus on
basic shots (Forehand,Backhand,Volley,Service).This
course is taken for 8 hours.
Match Program
Match play in the match, but need to come to the
tactical level, the problem with the mental game,
which is a program for players that are difficult to
establish. The match program consists of 4 people in
the program as well as tactical and mental
teachings, you will find an opportunity to learn the
rules of tennis games.
Doubles Program
If you play a double games with your partner and
want to participate in the tournament doubles
match,this program is the easiest way to get
specific learning of strategies of doubles game.
Private tennis lessons for players who wants to
get individual training with expert tennis
coaches.Player can train his/her weak shots for 45
minutes.

TENNIS WORKSHOP
To promote sports like tennis and free tennis
activities for certain periods of the members are.
Language School: athletes who are coming to
the Academy upon request can join to English
Language School.the first day they applied level
examination.According to examination results they
will be grouped.Groups will be maximum 10 people.
Weekly minimum 8 hour speech, listening, writing and
reading skills development opportunities are
found.It is determined by the interests of athletes
in the research by academy on issues of language,
research and presentations on the development
opportunities find themselves.
Between the dates of June 15-September 01 we will
have the summer school program.This program will
cover Tennis, swimming, basketball, soccer, horse
riding, water sports, golf, animation, English
language training, condition training, carting,
cultural tours and so on.
